Pet Groomers and England Lockdown.
1. We are open for "welfare reasons"
In accordance with the guidance for pet groomers delivered on behalf of the Government on 4-Jan-2021 "An owner may take a pet to be groomed by appointment if necessary for welfare reasons." Source www.cfsg.org.uk/coronavirus
Please be reassured I am working closely to follow all Government guidelines to ensure compliance. Thank you for understanding.
We have strict safety and handover protocols in place. We are following the strictest guidance to ensure our workplace is Covid-secure to protect our customers and myself. This includes staggered appointments (please be prompt for drop off and collection), regular cleaning and observing the handover protocol provided to us by the Canine and Feline Group on behalf of the Department for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DERFRA).

All dogs must be handed over with a lead and collar on ONLY, please leave all harnesses at home. Please attach your dog to clip ring provided. Then step back 2 metres. I will then take your dog using my slip lead, leaving your lead to be taken away by you. I will then take your dog into the studio to be bathed first then groomed. This handover ensures the upmost minimal contact and means we can work safely and I can remain open.
I thank you for your cooperation and look forward to seeing you and yours dogs. Take care and stay safe.
